Goodwill of Southern Nevada of Southern Nevada to Open New Thrift Store and Donation Center on Raiders Way in Henderson December 19

Nonprofit’s 21st retail store to support local workforce development programs

HENDERSON, Nev. (December 19, 2025) – On Friday, December 19, Goodwill of Southern Nevada (Goodwill®) will open a new retail thrift store on Raiders Way and Bruner in Henderson. The Goodwill Raiders Way Store will offer tens of thousands of unique clothing, housewares, electronics, and other items generously donated by the community and carefully prepared every day for sale by the store’s dozens of team members.

“Establishing our third Goodwill retail store and donation center in Henderson provides a newly convenient service for south-central Las Vegas Valley,” said Goodwill of Southern Nevada President and CEO Rick Neal. “Our neighbors in Inspirada and customers throughout the area will donate and shop with the pride of knowing they are supporting Goodwill workforce development programs that offer careers as medical professionals, stagehands, truck drivers, welders, and other skilled trades, in addition to opportunities at Goodwill.” The Goodwill Raiders Way Store is managed and operated by 40 Goodwill team members.

The donation and sale of gently used household items support Goodwill career services and train-to-hire programs. A team of ten career coaches stationed at three career centers and the Goodwill Training Academy provide personalized guidance to job seekers and military veterans as they explore training programs, skills workshops, and supportive services that lead to meaningful employment and thriving careers.

Donations are accepted at all Goodwill retail locations during store hours, as well as at three attended donation centers. The Goodwill Raiders Way Store, located at 455 East Bruner Ave., Henderson, NV 89044, will be open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
